I am so bad about keeping this blog updated.....

Sorry I am so bad at keeping this updated.

I am currently in Phase 3.
I have added all fruits, vegetables, eggs, and dairy back into my diet. Today I had some almond butter and tomorrow I will be adding some natural organic peanut butter and peanuts.

Things have been going pretty well weight wise, I have gone up a little adding in some foods but so far have been able to bring that back down each day or so. :)
I also have started playing tennis.... well I'm learning but it is a little workout and it is the first since starting HCG. (since I was not following an "Active" HCG program) example, http://www.liquidhcgdiet.com/liquid-hcg-diet-active-program/

here is an updated photo, Yes I am angling myself a little so don't be fooled I don't look as good as I do in the photo... we not yet at least. haha. :)  I am getting there, about 25lbs down and 25lbs to go!
Talk to you later, Karis Marie

Steak Day!

R1P2D30 Down 21.6 pounds!

So Yesterday I did a "Steak Day" because I haven't been able to get the scale moving the last few days.

Steak day consisted of eating nothing but water, tea, or coffee (as much as you want of these, like normal) until the evening. In the evening you have a 3.5oz and an Apple (Or you can have a tomato). And yes, you continue to take your drops as normal. 10 drops, 3 times a day. :)
And surprisingly, I wasn't hungry all day! Crazy huh!?!?

The next morning I was down .6 pounds
Yay For getting the scale moving again! :)

An Apple Day

R1 (Round one) P2 (Phase two) D13 (Day thirteen)

So last weekend I went back home for a family/friend Birthday party and I ended up eating a few things that were not on my diet plan. To get myself back on track yesterday I did an "Apple Day." An Apple Day is when you only eat 6 apples, water, coffee, tea and nothing else... the Apple Day helps your system get back on track after cheating a little or can also help your system get past a plateau if you have stalled at the same weight for a day or so. After completing the Apple Day I am down another pound, totaling an 11 pound loss so far on HCG and a total loss of 13lbs, I lost 2lbs before HCG.

One tasty snack on an apple day is,
Cooked Cinnamon Apples
1. Slice up your apple thin.
2. Lay them flat on a microwavable plate.
3. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
4. Microwave for about 30 seconds, then check on them.
5. Continue to microwave for 30 sec intervals until soft/ to your liking. (I go about 1 min total)
6. Sprinkle with Stivia.
7. ENJOY!!
